Authentication of Definitive Notes. The Principal Paying Agent shall authenticate and deliver any Definitive Note issued upon transfer and in accordance with the Trust Deed and the Conditions in accordance with the Conditions and this Agreement. The Principal Paying Agent shall show the amount of each Note Certificate, the serial numbers thereof, the principal amount outstanding thereof.
