Common use of Authentication of Warrant Certificates Clause in Contracts

Authentication of Warrant Certificates. No Warrant Certificate will be issued or, if issued, such Warrant Certificate will not be valid or entitle the holder to the benefits hereof until it has been Authenticated on behalf of the Warrant Agent substantially in the form of the certificate attached hereto as Schedule “A” or in such other form as may be approved by the Company and the Warrant Agent. Such Authentication shall be conclusive evidence that such Warrant Certificate has been duly issued hereunder and that the holder or holders are entitled to the benefits of this Agreement.
