Authenticity of Signatures. Dealer further agrees that it shall be bound by each signature on its behalf on a Contract or related documents submitted to CIG Financial in the ordinary course of business, and Dealer further agrees that CIG Financial shall have no duty to inquire as to the signatory’s employment status or authority to execute the Contract, assignment or other documents.
