Common use of Authorisation of Agent Clause in Contracts

Authorisation of Agent. The Borrowers, the Guarantor and each other Finance Party authorise the Agent to sign each Transfer Certificate on their respective behalves without any further consent or consultation except, in the ease of the Borrowers, for consent required under paragraph (a) of Clause 24.2 (Conditions of assignment or transfer).
