Authorisation to Explore Sample Clauses

Authorisation to Explore. The Contractor is, subject to the provisions of the Agreement, authorised to conduct the Exploration within the Contract Area during the Exploration Period. This grant of authorisation includes, if and to the extent required by the Act or any other Law, the grant by the SPA to the Contractor of a Reconnaissance Authorisation.
