Authorisation. The Issuer authorises the Security Trustee to take any steps and collect all information necessary or desirable for the preparation and perfection of the security interests granted by this Agreement and, where necessary, to engage on behalf of the Issuer a German public notary for the execution of any documents required in notarial form.
