Authorised persons in e-PRIOR Clause Samples

The 'Authorised persons in e-PRIOR' clause defines who is permitted to access and act within the e-PRIOR electronic procurement system on behalf of the parties involved. It typically specifies the process for designating such individuals, outlines their roles and responsibilities, and may require notification to the other party when authorised persons are appointed or changed. This clause ensures that only duly authorised representatives can perform actions or make commitments within the system, thereby safeguarding the integrity of transactions and preventing unauthorised access or decisions.
