Common use of Authorised Signatures Clause in Contracts

Authorised Signatures. Any person specified as its authorised signatory pursuant to any document required to be delivered under Schedule 2 (Conditions precedent documents) or Subclause 17.6 (Information -miscellaneous) is authorised to sign Requests (in the case of the Company only) and other documents or notices on its behalf.
