Authority and Ability Sample Clauses

Authority and Ability. It has the required authority, ability, skills and capacity to perform, and shall perform, the Work in a manner consistent with prudent utility practice utilizing sound engineering principles, project management procedures and supervisory procedures, and such other procedures as shall have been identified by Owner relating to the design, construction, start-up and testing of similar facilities.
