AUTHORITY AND CONDITIONS PRECEDENT. 2.01 PROVIDER AS MANAGEMENT AND OPERATIONAL SERVICES VENDOR The Board hereby engages Provider, and Provider, on behalf of the Board, hereby accepts such engagement and agrees to provide management and operational services at the Veterans Cemetery on the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract and such services shall be payable from current revenues available to the Provider.
