Common use of AUTHORITY AND PARTIES Clause in Contracts

AUTHORITY AND PARTIES. As an authorized representative of the sponsor and/or named fiduciary (within the meaning of Section 402(a)(2) of ERISA) ("Plan Fiduciary") for the plan or trust named below (“Participating Trust”), I have the authority to execute this Participation Agreement on behalf of the Participating Trust; and by my signature below, I hereby (a) enroll the Participating Trust and authorize participation under the Declaration of Trust for the Composite Trust established by Hand Benefits & Trust Company ("Trustee"), and
