Common use of Authority Election Not to Reinstate Clause in Contracts

Authority Election Not to Reinstate. The Authority may, by notice to Project Co within 30 days after receipt of the Reinstatement Plan, terminate this Agreement and pay compensation to Project Co in accordance with Section 2 of Schedule 9 [Compensation on Termination].
