AUTHORITY; ENTIRE AGREEMENT. Both Mission and Nexstar represent that they are legally qualified and able to enter into this Agreement. This Agreement and the JSA embody the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and thereof, and there are not other agreements, representations, or understandings, oral or written, between them with respect thereto.
