Common use of Authority Materials Clause in Contracts

Authority Materials. All Intellectual Property furnished to or made available to the Contractor by or on behalf of the Authority (the “Authority Materials”) shall, as between the Authority and the Contractor, remain the property of the Authority. The Contractor shall not, and shall ensure that the Staff do not: use the Authority Materials except where necessary for the performance of obligations under this Contract; or disclose the Authority Materials except where necessary for the performance of obligations under this Contract, having obtained the Approval of the Authority.
