Common use of Authority of Agencies of the U.S. Government Clause in Contracts

Authority of Agencies of the U.S. Government. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall limit or affect the authority of the head of a U.S. Government agency (as defined at 5 U.S.C. § 552(f)) to deny, limit or revoke the Company’s access to classified information and Export Controlled Information under its jurisdiction if the national security of the United States requires such action.
