It is not necessary for the Agent or any Lender to inquire into the powers of the Borrower or any other Loan Party or of the officers, directors, members, partners or agents acting or purporting to act on their behalf, and any Guaranteed Obligations made or created in reliance upon the professed exercise of such powers shall be guaranteed hereunder.
