Common use of Authority of Courts Not Required Clause in Contracts

Authority of Courts Not Required. The parties hereto agree that, to the greatest extent permitted by law, the Facility Agent shall not be obliged or required to seek or obtain the authority of, or any judgment or order of, the courts of any jurisdiction in order to exercise any of its rights, powers and remedies under this Intercreditor Agreement, and the parties hereby waive any such requirement to the greatest extent permitted by law.
