Common use of Authority of District Clause in Contracts

Authority of District. The District on its own behalf and on behalf of the electors of the District hereby retains and reserves all powers, rights and authority conferred upon it by the Constitution and Laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States of America except as limited by the express terms of this Agreement.
