AUTHORITY OF GENERAL PARTNER TO ADMIT ADDITIONAL PARTNERS. The Partners agree that the General Partner may admit Additional Limited Partners to the Partnership, subject to and in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.02, Section 5.03 and Article Nine. Additional General Partners may be admitted to the Partnership, subject to and in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.02, Section 5.03 and Article Nine, but only if and to the extent that the General Partner would be permitted to transfer its Partnership Interest under Section 4.02, Section 5.03 and Article Nine.
