Common use of Authority of Guarantors or the Borrowers Clause in Contracts

Authority of Guarantors or the Borrowers. It is not necessary for any Guaranteed Creditor to inquire into the capacity or powers of any Guarantor or any Borrower or the officers, directors or any agents acting or purporting to act on behalf of any of them. The Guarantors hereby authorize the Borrowers to enter into the Intercreditor Agreement and agree to be bounds by the provisions thereof to the same extent as the Borrowers.
