Authority of Landlord. Landlord and the person(s) executing this Lease on behalf of Landlord hereby represent, warrant, and covenant with and to Tenant as follows: the individual(s) acting as signatory on behalf of Landlord is(are) duly authorized to execute this Lease; Landlord has procured (whether from its members, partners or board of directors, as the case may be), the requisite authority to enter into this Lease; this Lease is and shall be fully and completely binding upon Landlord; and Landlord shall timely and completely perform all of its obligations hereunder.
