Authority of Lessor. By signing this Contract, the Resident acknowledges and agrees that the University has the power and authority to enforce the terms of this Contract, including the collection of rent owed to SOU as lessor by the Resident as lessee pursuant to the terms of this Contract. In addition, the Resident acknowledges and agrees that the University has the power and authority to enforce all policies referenced in this Contract.
