Common use of Authority of Member in Charge Clause in Contracts

Authority of Member in Charge. In case the Consultant is a Joint Venture, the members hereby authorize the Lead Member specified in the Consultant Proposal Form to act on their behalf in exercising all the Consultant’s rights and obligations towards the Client under this Contract, including without limitation the receiving of instructions and payments from the Client.
