Common use of Authority of Persons Clause in Contracts

Authority of Persons. to Deal with the Company. The Company may, but shall not be required to, transact business with, borrow money from, or lend money to any Member, or any affiliate thereof, and such person or entity shall, subject to applicable law, have the same rights and obligations with respect thereto as would a person who was not such a Member or affiliate.
