Common use of Authority of Seller Representatives Clause in Contracts

Authority of Seller Representatives. Buyer acknowledges and agrees that Seller’s representatives (including, but not limited to, its employees in its Department of Real Estate Operations) do not have the authority to interpret, change or modify the terms of this Agreement or any of the Project Documents. Additionally, no representation, promise or warranty, whether oral or in writing, made by any such representative shall be binding on Seller, unless set forth in writing and signed by two authorized officers of Seller.
