Authority of Signatory. The person signing or otherwise accepting a Lease Order and this Agreement on behalf of the Lessee represents and warrants that he or she is duly authorized and has full legal capacity to execute and deliver this Agreement. The Lessee represents and warrants that the execution or other acceptance of this Agreement and the performance of the Lessee’s obligations hereunder have been duly authorized and that this Agreement constitutes the legal, valid, and binding obligation of the Lessee, enforceable in accordance with its terms.
