Common use of Authority of Tenant Clause in Contracts

Authority of Tenant. If Tenant is a corporation or partnership, each individual executing this Lease on behalf of said corporation or partnership represents and warrants that he is duly authorized to execute and deliver this Lease on behalf of said corporation or partnership, and that this Lease is binding upon said corporation or partnership.

Authority of Tenant. If Tenant TENANT is a corporation or partnershipcorporation, each individual executing this Lease on behalf of said corporation or partnership represents and warrants that he is they are duly authorized to execute and deliver this Lease on behalf of said corporation or partnershipcorporation, in accordance with the by-laws of said corporation, and that this Lease is binding upon said corporation or partnershipcorporation.

If Tenant is a corporation or partnershipcorporation, each individual executing this Lease on behalf of said corporation or partnership corporation, represents and warrants that he is duly authorized to execute exercise and deliver this Lease on behalf of said corporation or partnershipcorporation, in accordance with the By-Laws of said corporation, and that this Lease is binding upon said corporation or partnershipcorporation.

If Tenant TENANT is a corporation or partnershipcorporation, each individual executing this Lease on behalf of said corporation or partnership represents and warrants that he is duly authorized to execute and deliver this Lease on behalf of said corporation or partnershipcorporation, in accordance with the by-laws of said corporation, and that this Lease is binding upon said corporation or partnershipcorporation.

If Tenant is a corporation or corporation, partnership, each or limited liability company, the individual executing this Lease on behalf of said corporation said, corporation, partnership, or partnership limited liability company represents and warrants that he is duly authorized to execute and deliver this Lease on behalf of said corporation or corporation, partnership, or limited liability company and that this Lease is binding upon said corporation corporation, partnership, or partnershiplimited liability company.

If Tenant is a corporation or partnership, the corporation warrants and represents that each individual executing this Lease on behalf of said corporation or partnership represents and warrants that he is duly authorized to execute and deliver this Lease on behalf of said corporation or partnership, and that this Lease is binding upon said corporation or partnership.

If Tenant is a corporation corporation, limited liability company or partnershipother entity, each individual person executing this Lease on behalf of said corporation or partnership such entity represents and warrants that he or she is duly authorized to execute and deliver this Lease on behalf of said corporation or partnershipsuch entity, and that such person's execution of this Lease is binding upon said corporation or partnershipbinds Tenant its terms and conditions.

If Tenant is a corporation or partnershipcorporation, each individual executing this Lease on behalf of said corporation or partnership represents and warrants that he is duly authorized to execute and deliver this Lease on behalf of said corporation or partnershipcorporation, in accordance with a certificate of an officer of said corporation, a copy of which is attached hereto, in accordance with the by-laws of said corporation, and that this Lease is binding upon said corporation or partnershipin accordance with its terms.

If Tenant is a corporation or partnershipcorporation, each individual executing this Lease on behalf of said corporation or partnership represents and warrants that he or she is duly authorized to execute and deliver this Lease on behalf of said corporation or partnershipcorporation, and that this Lease is binding upon said corporation in accordance with its terms. If Tenant is a partnership, each individual executing this Lease on behalf of said partnership represents and warrants that he or she is duly authorized to execute and deliver this Lease on behalf of said partnership under the terms of the partnership agreement of said partnership.

If Tenant is a corporation or a partnership, each individual executing this Lease on behalf of said corporation or partnership represents and warrants that he is duly authorized to execute and deliver this Lease on behalf of said corporation or partnership, as the case may be, in accordance with the bylaws of Said corporation or of the articles of said partnership, and that this Lease is binding upon said corporation or partnership.
