Authority of the Director. The Director shall administer this Agreement on behalf of County. Unless otherwise provided herein or required by applicable law, the Director shall be vested with all rights, powers, and duties of County herein. With respect to matters herein subject to the approval, satisfaction, or discretion of County or the Director, the decision of the Director in such matters shall be final.
