Common use of Authority of the Representative Clause in Contracts

Authority of the Representative. Any action by the Underwriters hereunder may be taken by Xxxxxxx Lynch, Pierce, Xxxxxx & Xxxxx Incorporated on behalf of the Underwriters, and any such action taken by Xxxxxxx Lynch, Pierce, Xxxxxx & Xxxxx Incorporated shall be binding upon the Underwriters.

Authority of the Representative. Any action by the Underwriters hereunder may be taken by Xxxxxxx LynchXxxxx, PierceXxxxxx, Xxxxxx & Xxxxx Incorporated on behalf of the Underwriters, and any such action taken by Xxxxxxx LynchXxxxx, PierceXxxxxx, Xxxxxx & Xxxxx Incorporated shall be binding upon the Underwriters.

Authority of the Representative. Any action by the Underwriters hereunder may be taken by Xxxxxxx LynchXxxxxxx, Pierce, Xxxxxx Xxxxx & Xxxxx Incorporated Co. on behalf of the Underwriters, and any such action taken by Xxxxxxx LynchXxxxxxx, Pierce, Xxxxxx Sachs & Xxxxx Incorporated Co. shall be binding upon the Underwriters.

Any action actions by the Underwriters hereunder may be taken by Xxxxxxx Lynch, Pierce, Xxxxxx & Xxxxx Incorporated on behalf of the Underwriters, and any such action taken by Xxxxxxx Lynch, Pierce, Xxxxxx & Xxxxx Incorporated shall be binding upon the Underwriters.

Authority of the Representative. Any action by the Underwriters hereunder may be taken by Xxxxxxx Lynch, Pierce, Xxxxxx Mxxxxx Sxxxxxx & Xxxxx Co. Incorporated on behalf of the Underwriters, and any such action taken by Xxxxxxx Lynch, Pierce, Xxxxxx Mxxxxx Sxxxxxx & Xxxxx Co. Incorporated shall be binding upon the Underwriters.

Authority of the Representative. Any action by the Underwriters hereunder may be taken by Xxxxxxx Lynch, Pierce, Xxxxxx & Xxxxx Incorporated on behalf of the Underwriters, and any such action taken by Xxxxxxx Lynch, Pierce, Xxxxxx & Xxxxx Incorporated shall be binding upon the Underwriters, and the parties hereto shall be entitled to act and rely upon any statement, request, notice or agreement made or given by Xxxxxxx Lynch, Pierce, Xxxxxx & Xxxxx Incorporated on behalf of the Underwriters.

Any action by the Underwriters hereunder may be taken by Xxxxxxx LynchRxxxxxx Jxxxx & Associates, PierceInc., Xxxxxx & Xxxxx Incorporated on behalf of the Underwriters, and any such action taken by Xxxxxxx LynchRxxxxxx Jxxxx & Associates, Pierce, Xxxxxx & Xxxxx Incorporated Inc. shall be binding upon the Underwriters.

Authority of the Representative. Any action by the Underwriters hereunder may be taken by Xxxxxxx Lynch, Pierce, Xxxxxx & Xxxxx Incorporated International on behalf of the Underwriters, and any such action taken by Xxxxxxx Lynch, Pierce, Xxxxxx & Xxxxx Incorporated International shall be binding upon the Underwriters.

Authority of the Representative. Any action by the Underwriters hereunder may be taken by Xxxxxxx Lynch, Pierce, Xxxxxx & Xxxxx Incorporated Mxxxxxx Lxxxx International on behalf of the Underwriters, and any such action taken by Xxxxxxx Lynch, Pierce, Xxxxxx & Xxxxx Incorporated Mxxxxxx Lxxxx International shall be binding upon the Underwriters.
