Common use of Authority of the Subsidiary Guarantors Clause in Contracts

Authority of the Subsidiary Guarantors. Each of the Subsidiary Guarantors is duly authorized by a resolution of its respective Board of Directors or similar body to execute and deliver this Fourth Supplemental Indenture, and all corporate action on the part of each required for the execution and delivery of this Fourth Supplemental Indenture has been duly and effectively taken.

Authority of the Subsidiary Guarantors. Authority of the Subsidiary Guarantors. Each of the Subsidiary Guarantors is duly authorized by a resolution of its respective Board of Directors or similar body to execute and deliver this Fourth Third Supplemental Indenture, and all corporate action on the part of each required for the execution and delivery of this Fourth Third Supplemental Indenture has been duly and effectively taken.
