Common use of Authority of Urban Clause in Contracts

Authority of Urban. Each Borrower hereby irrevocably authorizes and requests that Urban execute all Notices of Borrowing, make all elections as to interest rates and take any other actions required of or permitted by the Borrowers under this Agreement, on its respective behalf, in each case, with the same force and effect as if such Borrower had executed such Notice of Borrowing, made such election or taken such other action itself. Any request, application, or other communication by Urban may be relied on by the Administrative Agent and the Lenders, and any communication by the Administrative Agent and the Lenders shall be made to Urban, and shall be binding on each Borrower, jointly and severally, as fully as if such request, application or other communication were made directly by or to each such Borrower.
