Authority Property. The Supplier acknowledges that all materials, equipment and tools, drawings, specifications, and data supplied by the Authority to the Supplier (“Authority Materials”) and all rights in the Authority material are and shall remain the exclusive property of the Authority. The Supplier shall keep the Authority Materials in safe custody at its own risk, maintain them in good condition until returned to the Authority, and not dispose or use the same other than in accordance with the Authority's written instructions or authorisation.
