Authority Responses. Unless otherwise expressly specified in this Contract or agreed between the Parties, where the Authority is required to respond in writing to the Contractor on any matter, the Authority shall use reasonable endeavours to do so within thirty (30) Calendar Days of receipt of such a request.
Authority Responses. 5.3.1 Unless otherwise expressly specified in this Agreement or agreed between the Parties (each acting reasonably) where the Authority is required to respond in writing to the Contractor on any matter, the Authority shall use reasonable endeavours to do so within twenty (20) Working Days, or such other default period as the Parties may (acting reasonably) agree, of receipt of such a request. 5.3.2 Where the Authority does not respond: 5.3.2.1 within a period expressly specified in this Agreement or agreed between the Parties (each acting reasonably); or 5.3.2.2 where no such period is so specified or agreed, within twenty (20) Working Days, or such other default period as the Parties may (acting reasonably) agree, and there is a material impact on the cost or schedule of the Tasks as a result of such Authority delay, this shall constitute a Dependency Event.
Authority Responses. 3.4.1 Unless otherwise expressly specified in this Contract or agreed between the Parties, where the Authority is required to respond in writing to the Contractor on any matter, the Authority shall use reasonable endeavours to do so within thirty (30) Calendar Days of receipt of such a request. 3.4.2 Where the Authority does not respond within the relevant period, and there is an impact on the cost or schedule of the Tasks as a result of such Authority delay, the Contractor shall be entitled to bring a Change Proposal in accordance with Clause 2.6 (Baseline Management and Change Control) to address such impact.
