Authority to authenticate. Each of the Registrar, the Transfer Agent or their designated agent is authorised and instructed by the Current Issuer to authenticate the Note Certificates as may be required to be authenticated hereunder by the signature of any of its officers or any other person duly authorised for the purpose by the Registrar or (as the case may be) the Transfer Agent.
