Common use of Authority to authenticate Clause in Contracts

Authority to authenticate. The Registrar or its designated agent is authorised and instructed by the Issuer to authenticate such Note Certificates as may be required to be authenticated hereunder by the signature of any of its officers or any other person duly authorised for the purpose by the Registrar.

Authority to authenticate.
