Common use of Authority to authenticate Clause in Contracts

Authority to authenticate. The Fiscal Agent is authorised by the Issuer to authenticate the Initial Global Note and the Final Global Note, any replacement therefore, any Schedule thereto and each Definitive Note by the signature of any of its officers or any other person duly authorised for the purpose by the Fiscal Agent.

The Fiscal Agent is authorised by the Issuer to authenticate the Initial Global Note and the Final Temporary Global Note, any replacement therefore, any Schedule thereto the Permanent Global Note and each Definitive Note delivered pursuant to Clause 4 and the Replacement Agent is authorised by the Issuer to authenticate each replacement Note delivered pursuant to Clause 5, in each case by the signature of any of its officers or any other person duly authorised for the purpose by the Fiscal Agent or (as the case may be) such Replacement Agent.
