Authority to authenticate. The Fiscal Agent is authorised by the Issuer to authenticate the Initial Global Note and the Final Global Note, any replacement therefore, any Schedule thereto and each Definitive Note by the signature of any of its officers or any other person duly authorised for the purpose by the Fiscal Agent.
