Authority to Charge Accounts. The Agent, if and to the extent payment owed to the Agent or any Bank is not made when due, may charge from time to time against any account of the Borrower with the Agent any amount so due. The Agent agrees promptly to notify the Borrower after any such charge and application made by the Agent provided that the failure to give such notice shall not affect the validity of such charge and application.
