Authority to Charge Accounts. The Administrative Agent, if and to the extent payment owed to the Administrative Agent or any Bank is not made when due, may charge from time to time against any account of the Borrower with the Administrative Agent any amount so due. The Administrative Agent agrees promptly to notify the Borrower after any such charge and application made by the Administrative Agent, provided that the failure to give such notice shall not affect the validity of such charge and application.
