Authority to Delegate. The Trustee may execute any of the trusts or powers, perform any duties under the Trust Documents, and carry out any or all of its functions under this Trust Agreement either directly or by or through one or more delegates, agents or attorneys engaged by it to act on its behalf.
Authority to Delegate. The Adviser may, at its expense, select and contract with one or more investment advisers registered under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 ("Sub-Advisers") to perform some or all of the services for a Fund for which it is responsible under this Agreement.
