Common use of Authority to Disclose Information Clause in Contracts

Authority to Disclose Information. The Trust, on behalf of the Customer, hereby authorizes DBSI to disclose any financial, credit or business information it has obtained concerning Customer to any Affiliate of DBSI, and authorizes any such Affiliate to disclose like information to DBSI, in either case solely for the purpose of permitting DBSI to perform its obligations, or enforce its rights, under this Agreement. Any such information will be kept confidential according to the internal policies of DBSI and its Affiliates.
