AUTHORITY TO DO BUSINESS. Tenant warrants that Tenant is, and shall remain throughout the Term of this Lease, authorized to do business and in good standing in the State in which the Building is located. Tenant agrees, upon request by Landlord, to furnish Landlord satisfactory evidence of Tenant's authority for entering into this Lease.
