Authority to Execute Agreements on Behalf of Company. In connection with the foregoing, it is agreed that any instrument, agreement or other document executed by one or more of the Managers, while acting in the name and on behalf of the Company shall be deemed to be an action of the Company as to any third parties (including the Unit Holders as third parties for such purposes).
