Authority to Execute Documents. The Named Fiduciary or the Committee may authorize in writing any one or more of their number to execute any document or documents on their behalf, and anyone dealing with the Named Fiduciary, Committee or Trustees may accept and rely upon any document executed by such member or members as representing action by the Named Fiduciary, Committee or Trustees, as the case may be.
