Authority to Execute Lease. Tenant represents and warrants that this Lease has been duly authorized, executed and delivered by and on behalf of Tenant and constitutes the valid, binding, and enforceable agreement of Tenant in accordance with the terms hereof. Landlord represents and warrants that Landlord is the owner of fee simple title to the property on which the Premises is located, this Lease has been duly authorized, executed and delivered by and on behalf of Tenant, and constitutes the valid, binding and enforceable agreement of Landlord in accordance with the terms hereof.
