Authority to file Financing Statements; Further Assurances. (a) Debtor hereby authorizes Secured Party to file one or more financing statements describing all or part of the Collateral, and continuation statements, or amendments thereto, relative to all or part of the Collateral as authorized by applicable Law. Such financing statements, continuation statements, and amendments will contain any other information required by the UCC for the sufficiency or filing office acceptance of any financing statement, continuation statement or amendment, including whether Debtor is an organization, the type of organization, and any organizational identification number issued to Debtor. Debtor agrees to furnish any such information to Secured Party promptly upon request.
