Common use of Authority To Grant Security Interest to Trustee Clause in Contracts

Authority To Grant Security Interest to Trustee. The parties hereto agree that pursuant to the Indenture, the Authority shall assign to the Trustee in order to secure payment of the Bonds all of the Authority’s right, title and interest in this Agreement subject to the Reserved Rights.
