Authority to Install. (a) You authorise Solar Service Guys to:
(i) perform any upgrade, renewal or maintenance services on any existing solar services at your Site (as specified in the Quote);
(ii) supply and install individual electrical components or a number of components defined as a System at your property;
(iii) make an application, if required, to your energy distributor or other parties for the connection of the System to the energy grid, or
(iv) attend the Site to assess the status of your electrical switchboard and Solar PV System;
(v) provide all repair or rectification services as deemed necessary for the purposes of safety; or
(vi) replace components and hardware as agreed.
(b) You warrant that you own your property and that you have full authority to accept this Agreement. You must ensure that Solar Service Guys has sufficient access to your property at the times it may reasonably require in order to install or remove the System.
(c) If, during the process of installation, some or all of the System or its components are affixed, attached or secured to land or premises at your property, the goods are deemed not to be a fixture and may be removed by Solar Service Guys at any time in accordance with this Agreement.
(d) You must sign all documents and take all action Solar Service Guys requires to install the System and to connect or arrange to connect the System to the electricity grid.
(e) You are responsible for all local government or planning requirements for the installation and operation of the System and you agree that Solar Service Guys are not responsible for any breach of local government or planning regulations or laws.
Authority to Install. 6.1 You authorise the Installation Subcontractor to install the System which you have selected, at the Premises.
6.2 You also authorise the Installation Subcontractor to connect that system to the electricity grid (or to arrange for the connection of that system to the grid).
6.3 You warrant and represent that:
(a) you have obtained all consents, permits and approvals required from your local council or planning authority for the Installation Subcontractor to install the System at the Premises;
(b) the roof of the Premises is structurally sound to accommodate the load of the System, including the base and frame (you may need to obtain a structural engineering report to make this warranty and representation); and
(c) you are the owner of the Premises, or if you are not the owner, you have written permission from the owner to install the System and provide this authority to Origin upon request to do so.
6.4 You agree to execute whatever documents the Installation Subcontractor may reasonably require, and to take whatever other action we may reasonably require, in order to permit the Installation of the System you have selected, and in the case of a solar electricity system, the connection of that system to the electricity grid.
Authority to Install. 7.1 You authorise the Installation Subcontractor to install the System which you have selected, at the Premises.
7.2 If you have selected a solar electricity system, then you also authorise the Installation Subcontractor to connect that system to the electricity grid (or to arrange for the connection of that system to the grid).
7.3 You warrant that you are the owner of the Premises or that you have obtained all consents and approvals required for the Installation Subcontractor to install the System at the Premises, including from the owner. You must ensure that the Installation Subcontractor has sufficient access to the Premises, at whatever times it or they may reasonably require, in order to install the System which you have selected.
7.4 You agree to execute whatever documents the Installation Subcontractor may reasonably require, and to take whatever other action we may reasonably require, in order to permit the Installation of the System you have selected, and in the case of a solar electricity system, the connection of that system to the electricity grid.
Authority to Install. Tenant shall be permitted to install and maintain, at its sole cost and expense, a back-up power generator and fuel tank (if any), batteries (if any), cabling, piping, routing, exhaust routing, feeders and conduits extending from such generator to the Building or other points of connection (collectively, the “Generator Equipment”). The Generator Equipment shall be of such size, specifications and capacity as Tenant shall determine in its sole discretion but shall be subject to (a) Landlord’s reasonable approval as it relates to the structural integrity of the Building and maintenance of the Leased Premises in a first-class manner and appearance, and (b) to the Park Restrictions and all regulations and requirements imposed by any governmental entity having jurisdiction over the Property. The design, location and installation of the Generator Equipment (the “Generator Support Area”) shall be mutually acceptable to both parties. Landlord requires that the Generator Support Area be enclosed by screening materials and curbed to contain fuel spills. Tenant agrees that the Generator Equipment shall not emit noise at any frequency during peak operation periods in violation of law or the Park Restrictions.
Authority to Install. 4.1 You authorise Captain Xxxxx Solar (and our employees, agents and contractors) to install the System which you have selected, at the address set out in the Offer. By paying a 10% or signing the contract or signing the order confirmation form or pay the deposit, you give Captain Xxxxx the authority to install the system, and are liable and bound to the installation if you have exceeded your 10 day cooling off period. We are entitled to install the system, and claim the remaining balance.
4.2 If you have purchased a solar power system, then you also authorise Captain Green Solar (and our employees, agents and contractors) to connect that system to the electricity grid (or to arrange for the connection of that system to the grid).
4.3 You warrant that you are the owner of the property located at the address set out in the Offer or that you have obtained all consents and approvals required for Captain Green Solar to install the System at the property, including from the owner. You must ensure that Captain Xxxxx Solar and our employees, agents and contractors have sufficient access to that property, at whatever times it or they may reasonably require, in order to install the System which you have purchased.
4.4 You agree to execute whatever documents Captain Xxxxx Solar may reasonably require, and to take whatever other action we may reasonably require, in order to permit the installation of the System you have purchased, and in the case of a solar power system, the connection of that system to the electricity grid.
Authority to Install. 4.1. You authorise Melbourne Energy (and its employees, agents or contractors) to install the Goods, which you have selected, at the Premises.
4.2. If part of your Goods is a solar electricity system (Solar PV), then you also authorise Melbourne Energy (and its employees, agents or contractors) to arrange connection of that system to the electricity grid. Any additional costs associated with connecting the solar electricity system to the electricity grid in accordance with the above shall be the sole responsibility of you and you hereby agree to pay those additional costs to Melbourne Energy or any third party as and when directed by Melbourne Energy Group.
4.3. You warrant that you are the owner of the Premises and agree to produce any evidence of ownership upon request by Melbourne Energy Group. You must ensure that Melbourne Energy and its employees, agents and contractors have sufficient access to the Premises, at whatever times it or they may reasonably require, in order to install the Goods which you have selected.
4.4. You agree to execute whatever documents Melbourne Energy Group may require, and to take whatever other action Melbourne Energy Group may require, in order to permit the installation of the Solar Goods or Goods you have selected and, in the case of solar electricity Goods, the connection of these Goods to the electricity grid.
4.5. You agree to ensure that Melbourne Energy Group (and its employees, agents or contractors) are supplied with and are permitted access to all necessary utility services, such as electricity and water, to allow Melbourne Energy to install the Goods at the Premises
Authority to Install. 3.1 The Owner authorizes Dandelion Renewables:
(a) to install the Solar Assets at the Property; and
(b) to connect the Solar PV to the electricity grid (or to arrange for, or authorize, the connection of the Solar PV to the grid); and
(c) to use pictures or video of the solar assets installed at the Property.
3.2 The Owner warrants that he/she owns the Property and that he/she has full authority to accept this Agreement. The Owner must ensure that Dandelion Renewables has sufficient access to the Property at the times it may reasonably require in order to install or remove the Solar Assets. Dandelion Renewables may terminate the contract if assess was requested but not provided over 30 days. If, during the process of installation, some or all of the Solar Assets are affixed, attached or secured to land or premises at the Property, the goods are deemed not to be a fixture and may be removed by Dandelion Renewables at any time in accordance with this Agreement.
Authority to Install. 4.1. You authorise Solaray:
(a) to install the Solar System at your property; and
(b) to connect the Solar System to the electricity grid (or to arrange for, or authorise, the connection of the Solar System to the grid).
4.2. You warrant that you own your property and that you have full authority to accept this Agreement. You must ensure that Solaray has sufficient access to your property at the times it may reasonably require in order to install or remove the Solar System. If, during the process of installation, some or all of the Solar System or its components are affixed, attached or secured to land or premises at your property, the goods are deemed not to be a fixture and may be removed by Solaray at any time in accordance with this Agreement.
4.3. You must sign all documents and take all action Solaray requires to install the Solar System and to connect or arrange to connect the Solar System to the electricity grid. requirements for the installation and operation of the Solar System and you agree that Solaray are not responsible for any breach of local government or planning regulations or laws.
Authority to Install. 4.1. You authorise Eco Tech Electrical: (a) to install the Solar System at your property; and (b) to connect the Solar System to the electricity grid (or to arrange for, or authorise, the connection of the Solar System to the grid).
4.2. You warrant that you own your property and that you have full authority to accept these Terms of Agreement. You must ensure that Eco Tech Electrical has sufficient access to your property at the times it may be required in order to install or remove the Solar System. If, during the process of installation, some or all of the Solar System or its components are affixed, attached or secured to land or premises at your property, the goods are deemed not to be a fixture and may be removed by Eco Tech Electrical at any time in accordance with this Agreement.
4.3. You must sign all documents and take all action Eco Tech Electrical requires to install the Solar System and to connect or arrange to connect the Solar System to the electricity grid.
4.4. You are responsible for all local government or planning requirements for the installation and operation of the Solar System and you agree that Eco Tech Electrical are not responsible for any breach of local government or planning regulations or laws.
