Authority to Retain Advisors and Agents. The Trustees shall have the authority to employ and to delegate any of their discretionary and non-discretionary powers to agents, including, but not limited to, attorneys, investment advisors, appraisers, accountants, social workers, case managers, and companions for the Designated Beneficiary of a Trust Account as they deem necessary and proper and to pay for such services from such Trust Account.
