The School, in the exercise of its management responsibilities has the authority under Applicable Law to: (i) contract with K12 to obtain the Administrative Services and Technological Services and all other programs and services under this Agreement; (ii) to execute, deliver, and perform this Agreement; and (iii) to incur the obligations provided for under this Agreement.
