Common use of Authority Under Applicable Law Clause in Contracts

Authority Under Applicable Law. The School, in the exercise of its management responsibilities has the authority under Applicable Law to: (i) contract with K12 to obtain the Administrative Services and Technological Services and all other programs and services under this Agreement; (ii) to execute, deliver, and perform this Agreement; and (iii) to incur the obligations provided for under this Agreement.

Authority Under Applicable Law. The SchoolSchool has sought the authority and will provide evidence as of July 1, in the exercise of its management responsibilities 2010 that it has the authority under Applicable Law to: (i) contract with K12 a management company to obtain the Services, Administrative Services and and/or Technological Services and all other programs and services under this Agreement; (ii) to execute, deliver, and perform this Agreement; and (iii) to incur the obligations provided for under this Agreement.
