Authority with respect to documentation. If the VPS Noteholders have resolved the substance of an amendment to this Agreement or the VPS Conditions applicable to such VPS Noteholders, without resolving on the specific or final form of such amendment, the VPS Trustee shall be considered authorised to draft, approve and/or finalise (as applicable) any required documentation or any outstanding matters in such documentation without any further approvals or involvement from the VPS Noteholders being required.
